南台灣泡水「後遺症」 痠痛症候群、過敏出籠

823水災重創南部地區，而災後整理家園也有不少的後遺症開始出現，中醫師表示，災區的民眾常見風寒、痠痛以及因為長期泡在髒水裡所產生的皮膚病及濕疹；另外，災後更有所謂的痠痛症候群，可透過簡單的穴道按摩緩解痠痛。
大林慈濟醫院中醫部主任葉家舟表示，許多人在整理家園流汗後，毛細孔一打開，吹到風時容易受到風寒影響，一旦風寒入侵，便開始出現咳嗽、打噴嚏、身體痠痛等風寒症狀。
在初期感冒症狀，中醫師建議，可切薑片加上紅糖烹煮成薑湯飲用，或以蔥白煮水，促進發汗，將濕氣與寒氣排掉；如果感冒症狀已出現，建議儘早就醫，西醫通常給予止痛及咳嗽藥物，中醫也有一些藥可協助身體恢復，主動發汗、治療濕氣、感冒的問題。
整理家園後常見痠痛症候群，葉家舟說，休息是最好的方式，可泡些熱水，加快血液循環，帶走體內的乳酸，促進肌肉恢復，民眾也能自行按摩幾個穴位來緩解痠痛。
當手背痠痛時，可按摩「手三里」穴，位在手肘外側橫紋下面4個指幅，2個骨頭間，按摩此穴位可解決手背痠痛問題；手掌的痠痛，可按摩「合谷」穴，位於虎口大拇指與食指相會合之處，可緩解肌肉疼痛。
至於小腿痠痛，中醫建議，可按摩「足三里」穴，位於膝窩外側凹陷處下方約4指寬的位置；另「承山」穴，亦可緩解小腿痠痛問題，位於小腿背面正中線上，當伸直小腿或足跟上提時，會形成一個人字形的頂點處。
針對腰痛，葉家舟建議，可以站姿，手放腰背上搓熱腰背，能減緩腰部痠痛；或是用拉筋的方式，前腳彎曲呈現弓步狀，再緩慢適量下蹲，可以讓髖關節肌肉鬆開減緩痠痛；至於碰觸髒汙引發過敏，若皮膚開始起疹子或搔癢，呈現紅腫狀態，可先沖水或塗抹涼性藥膏，讓皮膚發炎的部分能夠減緩，如果不能緩解就應找醫師治療。
